I never really get inuman as a form of bonding. I act and talk crazy without being drunk and I feel sad for those who need to hide behind intoxication just to say/do what they want to.
I remember a drunk coworker confronting me in one of those drinking sessions on how he’s hurt by me expressing how crappy he is at work. He got to express what he wanted but it didn’t change everybody’s view of how crappy his work is to this day.
I didn’t say sorry when he confronted me. I don’t think it was what he needed. He just needed an illusion of momentary power. I gave him just that.
