I just got my One 360 which will replace the X3 I’ve owned for a little over 8 months. Tried it out in my kitchen with Matterport and it worked flawlessly. I’m excited about the better low light performance and scared shitless I’m going to scratch a lens.
Substantially. I don’t blog with it; I use it mostly for site documentation photos. It lives in an electricians pouch with all my other gear - 3 axis compact laser, tape measure, laser tape, selfie and tripod feet, calipers, knife, probe, etc. - so it doesn’t add much weight to my bag. I can see it getting heavy on the end of a selfie stick. I haven’t put it on my 3m/10ft stick yet - I still need to figure out a way to add lighting since my long rod is usually for sticking up into ceiling or roof plenums (big industrial buildings) or down into crawlspaces/cellars/wells where I’d just rather not crawl. I tries a couple of compact lights on an aluminum housing (using the housing’s cold shoes) but there was just enough light spilling towards the lenses that I got terrible flare at the mating line
