I see plenty of room to pass. Person running in the gutter lane. Sidewalks in this area look fucking rough (thanks, car centric transportation!).

What’s mildly infuriating is the asshole taking a picture WHILE operating a motor vehicle.

    The runner is occupying the whole lane though and they have headphones on preventing the cyclist from getting their attention.
