I’m looking to get engagement going in some of the fitness related communities.

So, what program are you running? What do you like about it? Dislike? How is your progress going?

I’ll start with what I’m doing: Dan John’s Easy Strength using push press, pullups, overhead squats, thick bar deadlifts, and some sort of loaded carry.

Likes: I am only in my first week of the program, but I like how quick the sessions are. It also leaves room for auto regulation, so if I’m not feeling it that day or have something else going on I can go lighter. For instance, tomorrow I’m going to do a bike ride, so I’ll keep it light and get through quick.

Dislikes: I have not run the program long enough to say much. Only complaint is that it is 5 days per week, which is a time commitment.

Progress: I will update when I am further into the program.

    I looked it up and seems solid. Hope the flexibility gets sorted for you. It took me forever to squat to depth. I remember watching Kelly Starrett videos and doing a bunch of rolling with a lacrosse ball haha.

    Yeah, doing load changes on the bar are a pain. Especially for deadlifts. Once you decide to switch over you should do a write up!
