• Schisandra berry

• Shilajit

• Creatine

• Haritaki

• Pine Pollen

• Zinc

^ From source 1 of those: “Nutritional deficiency of zinc may affect nearly 2 billion subjects in the developing world.”

^ From source 2: “During pregnancy, zinc deficiency causes a number of anomalies: spontaneous abortion, pregnancy-related toxemia, extended pregnancy or prematurity, malformations, and retarded growth… Zinc supplementation has already proven beneficial in male sterility and in reducing complications during pregnancy.”

Notes: too much zinc (50+mg?) can limit the body’s copper uptake and could make you copper deficient, so be careful.

Shilajit: with large doses (1g+) of sketchy brands / not well processed types, there’s a risk of heavy metal contents, so be careful with what you buy.

Also, shilajit contains fulvic acid, which increases the excretion rate of iodine, so if you take shilajit regularly you should take an iodine supplement. That or just don’t take it all the time (both for shilajit and zinc- ex. one week on, one week off).

PS. Just in general, it’s also good to take a multivitamin and fish oil. You gotta eat the equivalent of a serving or two of fish three times a week in order to meet the recommended amount of fish oil, I think, and most people don’t reach that

Yes I’m not seeing many practitioners here so far, but hopefully they will come. I have not been active either as I’m trying to minimize screen time. Thank you for the comment, shilajit is very potent so I don’t use it often, sorry to hear it has not worked for you.
