All of the Harry Potter spells are Latin or of Latin origin. The punchline isn’t. This is why I feel the joke falls flat and I suspect this is why the joke is so heavily downvoted.

Also aside from the flying car (which Ron drives), Harry never actually drives or owns a vehicle.
