Never seen a ‘cops are heroes’ billboard, let alone one on wheels, so maybe this is a new idea. Optimistically, maybe it’s an indication of progress when police now need to advertise.
Maybe it means we’re making progress in helping people understand what cops are?
Real heroism is usually recognized without the ‘hero’ putting up a ‘hero’ sign.
