    Recently it’s been meditation, Light reading, shower, bit of listening to podcasts otw to the gym, gym, shower, breakfast, work, walk while listening to podcasts going home, skill learning, read/journal, sleep.

    On no-gym days, just a quick HIIT or C25k.

    Weekends are more for friends/family/gf/hiking/charge time.

    Mind you, I don’t always do everything listed, but this is more or less how the day flows.
