    MASN is required to pay the Nationals fair market rates (Nats can’t broadcast through anyone else). The Nats wanted more than they were paid and won in court against MASN multiple times, but the money was held up for years in endless appeals. This fight was over 2011-2016 payments, now they have to fight again over 2017-2023 rates.
