Played it through on the SD when it released last year, took me 32 hours. Now I’m 8 hours into my second run and it’s as fun as the first time. Perfect Steam Deck game.

If you try to turbo hack&slash the combat you will have a bad time, but other than that it’s a pretty reasonable difficulty curve. Lean enemy weaknesses, expect boss fights to require patience, everything is a puzzle that will suddenly click, and the nostalgia runs deep. I like it more the more I play.
