now they’re making a live action moana in 2025. it hasn’t even been 10 years, disney is lowballing so hard with these lifeless remakes. hopefully ariel flops bad enough that they change their minds.

    Therein lies the problem. I don’t think any of the remakes, including Aladdin has been of any particular good quality. They are poorly made cash-grabs. Not fun, not entertaining, artistically devoid of soul, un-creative, mediocre writing and average acting, cheap CGI and morally confused. But that’s just my opinion.
