The first Madame Web, Cassandra Webb, originally appeared in Amazing Spider-Man #210 as an elderly blind woman in a web-like life support system, with the mutant ability to see the future.
Obviously, the film is taking liberties here with Web being neither elderly, infirm, nor blind.
The film will also feature Julia Carpenter, who became the 2nd Madame Web after being the 2nd Spider-Woman:
