There’s no incentive to go to WT3 for leveling. Just follow the common advice and gear yourself up properly, and when you up to it, load into WT2 and get that capstone dungeon done. After that, you can go straight to WT3, which does provide proper incentive to play, since Sacred items can drop (as Ancestrals can on WT4).
