I agree with this - I am working on a project which attempts to use blockchain-based storage to enable a central site (like lemmy.world or Wikipedia) to distribute the load off of the central instance. I’m aiming to have some halfway-working little demo ready in a week or so, do you want me to send you an update once it reaches that point?
