i started reading and he has finally turned… it was a bit hard to read the first chapters because he is so shameful. I felt so sorry for his mom. But so far so good, nothing else to complain about. I will update you more when i have come a bit further in.
Oh yea this is what makes it so complex, i didn’t even think of jobless as a harem manga because the girls aren’t really all over him and fighting for him among themselves. It is more like he built up relationships with kids who had no one around their age to lean on so they started to admire him pretty quick and then it turned into romantic feelings when they got older. It is a lot more tasteful and believable. Plus he develops feelings for them too and says it!! that is the most annoying part about most harem the MC won’t settle for one. He wants them all but pretends like he just wants to be close friends and nothing else.
Wow that is many chapters!!! The story must have been good too, it is hard to believe the translation was so good the story was less important 😂
I get bored of long novels like that if they are still on going and i joined in pretty early, because the pauses between the translations makes me forget the emotions i had (if you get what i mean) and makes it a bit more flat. Long novels like that have a lot of build up until a big event too. I am in that situation with a dark mage right now, so i am waiting for a few chapters so i can read the whole event in one go. It is a very huge event that takes place through many days. I don’t want to spoil it so i won’t say what it is just that it is huge haha
Keep on fighting, it was a bit slow in the beginning but the world is built really well! It went from a generic novel to a very interesting one after MC has settled in more! And it is fun reading the comments further into the story because you get to know Van, his allies and his enemies a lot and ppl discuss what they will do and why.
If the MTL is so bad that i am correcting everything i read and sometimes unsure what i am reading then i will drop it. It doesn’t have to be perfect but it must at least be a bit better than ok. I also dislike it when a team takes over and they change the name of things. For example in AoB did they call myne “sister myne” but in the last chapter of part 2 did they switch to myne sama and high priest became chief priest, myne sama is fine but chief priest? Also where can i find the last chapters of part 2? i can only find 41 chapters and i found part 3 and 4 D:
Where do you read the novel? From j-novel.club? I like it better when it is more like a blog post like dark mage. it is easier to keep track of where you are and easier to read on the go.
I haven’t eaten gooseberries for such a long time that i can’t really remember the taste of that sadly. I do remember I didn’t like it as a kid tho haha
You can drink a summer drink whenever! it will just be harder to find watermelons 😂 Pineapple is my favorite fruit! Passion fruit is a strong second. How can a fruit be so delicious?!!! I dont need to eat it together with anything it is perfect as it is and makes everything else so much better. Like juice, smoothie, drinks, fruit salad, deserts, and so on. It makes meat a lot more tender just like honey but it is a lot better at breaking down that protein, is is so versatile!
That sounds great! I really like sitting by the sea, the waves hitting the shore are so soothing. Sitting in a boat/kayak just going down a slow stream is the best. Sitting on anything that moves slowly and calmly is really soothing.
I have an e-reader, i dont like it that much tho, it is so slow (bought it back in 2016) and i need to create documents and put them on its SDK, it is a few too many extra steps haha
But i do like how it actually looks like paper! not great for manga tho because the contrast isn’t that good so it can be hard to see some lighter colors. I took it with me when i traveled abroad. It is pretty expensive reading on your phone outside of the EU after all so it was perfect for that!
