Just curious is all, I know it’s possible, but didn’t know if there was a community or even website that does that. I’d like to know if you do, or know anywhere that does. Just seems more fun to be able to battle and or trade.

There are some rom hacks that allow multiplayer gameplay. Look up Pokemon Quetzal. You’ll need to play it on an emulator though.
