Yeah lemmy.world is a mess right now I feel for them…
They can’t upgrade from 0.17.4 because 0.18 dropped capcha support.
They are waiting on 0.18.1 to bring back captcha while thousand are likely migrating from reddit, as they are the most popular instance at the moment .
I’m trying to use a different instance but all the posts that aren’t in my tiny (non lemmy.world) instance are way out of date; the instances aren’t syncing well right now… maybe because of 0.17.4 and 0.18.X differences.
