Would be nice to hear from people who suffer from this condition who also have ADHD…

How do you relax?

How do you switch your mind off at night?

How do you motivate yourself to do those tasks that you really don’t want to do?

How do you not focus 110%/25 hours a day on the latest obsession?

Do you also have a caffeine and/or nicotine / alcohol addiction?

    I love the flow state. When I have the right obsession I can be in it for hours.

    Having a bed routine sounds like a really good idea… I’ll try that.

    I have no problem with motivation for the right things initially, but after a few weeks the motivation dwindles and it gets really difficult.

    Sounds like you probably also have 1000 half finished projects too…

    Haha I was trying to explain that awareness on reddit a while ago, I know where everyone is in my house, and being alone (or being under the assumption you’re alone) has a really different quality to it.
