      Executive orders have very limited scope and can easily be reversed by the next president.

        Agreed, they’re not a good solution. Just responding to the previous guy who said ‘congress is probably responsible for all this stuff’ with an example that is obviously counter to that statement.

        You have valid complaints here, none of which were originally stated. You said:

        Brainwash bullshit, yikes. Even if these things were true it was congress that passes laws and enacts legislation and not the president dictating this shit.

        All I was trying to do was point out that this statement is blatantly false with evidence from the original meme.

        I agree with most of your sentiment, EOs are not long term solutions. You can’t say that the president is not responsible for them though.

            It isn’t an accomplishment, it is a band-aid and admission of his failure to influence the legislator.

            But you also said that the president shouldn’t receive any credit for the actions of Congress. You seem poised to not give the executive branch any accolades.
