That’s actually interesting because with actual contracts you can redline or change things and then sign it.
But I don’t think EULAs are explicitly contracts and I doubt that would hold up because their wasn’t a “meeting of the minds” regardless. Plus that language isn’t saved anywhere for your epic legal battle.
