Just got into running, any tips?
I’m fairly fit but also starts slow with the couch to 5k program.
Perhaps any technique sharing with breathing, stride, gear, etc would be appreciated!

I’ve looked at that video so many times over the years! Every time I learn something new. This is definitely a good one to watch.
