    Yeah, its 2 cups whole wheat pasta, 2 cups water, 1 can crushed tomato, Dried herb italian seasoning mix, powdered oregano and sage in addition to that, frozen chopped spinach, can of white cannellini beans, a little bit of maple syrup to cut the tomato acid, salt, pepper and a little extra water. Pressure cooked 2 minutes, then waited about 8 minutes and took off from pressure and stirred and let sit for a while to cool down.
