An extremely-dangerous winter storm has arrived in California and will unload feet of snow, powerful winds and rare blizzard conditions in the state’s mountains through the weekend.
So while Texas is basically entirely on fire, California is getting New York’s weather.
It looks like where the road passes through Truckee, CA, a bit east of the actual Donner pass in the mountains.
