I’ve worked with some pretty rotten software, but management software is easily the most user unfriendly, so my vote goes to HPSM.

No joke whenever I interview I ask them what browser they use and what email client. Once when they said Lotus Notes I knew I would be turning them down.
It just isn’t worth the agony.
