He’s the creepy little shit from My Hero Academia. A character so horny that no “horny jail” would be able to contain him. He was always trying to molest or sexually abuse every female character he came across.

Like at one point, the main character rescued a very young girl (Eri) from a criminal organization that was emotionally and physically (non-sexual) abusing her. The live-in school that the characters go to accepted Eri so that they could give her a better living environment and take care of her.

The literal first words Mineta said to her were “Hi, my name’s Mineta, and I can’t wait to see what you look like when you grow up.”
