Living standards have fallen. The country is exhausted by constant drama. But the U.K. can’t move on from the Tories without facing up to the damage that has occurred.

    At least you’ve had some respite. Since the crash in 2008 you’ve had Obama and Biden in. Breaks from the awfulness of conservativism.

    It’s just been so fucking grim here, year after year after year.
