The calorie counts were higher for men, and higher for people who were younger and taller than others. The macros that comprised those calorie counts were about the same percentage for everyone. Many people were still exceeding the amount of recommended protein during our class project. She wasn’t a vegetarian, or so she said. She shared her daily diet with us.
