minus-squaresilly goose meekahlink1•5 months agoAt least here in germany, the employer is fully reimbursed for the pay of sick days. Although, if you are sick for more than 6 weeks, your employer stops paying altogether and the insurance directly pays you about 70-90% of your regular pay.
