Good shot in terms of pose, but I’d guess done in poor light (as is often the way for me). You might enjoy the effects of a stronger de-noise effect (such as Topaz AI can provide). If you know there are going to be issues like this it is also worth shooting in RAW format (assuming you aren’t already doing that!), which can make post-processing (such as de-noise) more effective.
