I’m seeing their aggressive marketing ads popping up on my socials again so hopefully this thread shows up on search engines.

I used to own their Senator minimalist wallet during the pandemic, and in less than a year (despite sitting firmly inside my bag with little outside travel) the card case suddenly detached cleanly. It’s hard to tell if it was glued on or stitched because of how cleanly it got loose. I brought this up to their Customer Service and I was told to look for a leather goods specialist. Walang sorry, walang reimbursement, walang replacement, heck, they didn’t even point me to someone who could do it. Wala daw silang in-house repair and problema ko na, lol.

On their website they claim that they stand by the quality of their products but if you look at the warranty, it’s only for 3 MONTHS! San ka nakakita ng may faith daw sa kalidad at tibay yet can only promise a couple of months? Kahit sa YouTube nila, comments are disabled on their videos. Halatang ayaw makarinig ng bad feedback.

If you want alternatives, marami diyan, mostly sa Shopee and lahat local craftsman. TLC, CarloRae, Vintage900, just to name a few.

Whatever you do, avoid this pa-foreign amateur hour store! Wayne Cullen, pssh.

I used to like leather wallets, but moved away from it due to my wife washing my pants constantly without checking pockets.

Currently I have a Herschel Roy canvas wallet. Kind of hefty, durable, bought it 4 years ago and there is almost 0 notable wear on it.
