Ask ChatGPT (3.5 or even 4) to exclude a letter from a generated text and you will see that it does not do the job.

Tell it that tail contains an A then it will learn from its mistake.
It will then apologize and make a brand new sentence without “tail” but still contains the letter ‘a’.
