    I do wonder if this changes our understanding of redshift at astronmical distances and our calculation of the accelerating expansion of the universe?

    Also,

    Based on Einstein’s theories and our observational data, time moves slower in massive objects. Can we assume the opposite? The further away things are from other masses, the faster time moves? I’m no physicist, but couldn’t that explain why things are moving faster away from each other?
