Was going to scoff at the assumed 50-cent fine but 2 billion is . . Pretty good?
Yeah, 2022 for example:

Cummins trying to circumvent emissions standards is hilarious, it’s like how didn’t anyone expect this?
15 days late but what ensures that they’re going to the pay the fine and not try to appeal it?
Given that this is what their lawyers have agreed to, it would be weird for an appeal.
