NG+ being dlc was tried in Y7 as well i believe.
Combine that with the 70 base cost and things are looking downright unappealing.
Personally I preordered the ultimate edition… but in my case, I own every RGG game on Steam from Y0 to Y7, Ishin, Gaiden, and both Judge games along with having all of their achievements so…
