Man, I’d really like to see the Pride take off one day. We’ve had the talent, but the performance just hasn’t been there. Women’s soccer in general is a bit weird, because it feels like the best players are always out for international play. I get it, since that’s where the money is, but it makes watching the league games pretty dull.

I suppose the silver lining is the league, along with the sport in general, continues to grow and improve stateside.
