I’ve had this running for a couple months now and was surprised at the media issues it has.
Videos: Most of your iOS videos will be recorded in HEVC format, which can be specified into the Pixelfed configuration to accept as
video/quicktime
but it will not show up in the admin configuration.Then the videos will play fine when viewed in the iOS app and web app, but fails when viewed from desktop despite plyr supporting the video types.
There has been a PR open to fix this by converting videos into mp4 for about a year now with no action :/
Multiple Images: Selecting multiple images does not maintain the order of selection and trying to adjust the order after errors; this gets super messy very fast.
