I remember the weird hot sauce arms race from a while back where it seemed no one cared about flavor and were just trying to make the most absurdly hot liquids they could.
I’m sure some of those brands are still around, but it seems like people have decided that nuance is ok, too.
Yep. I have a couple scorpion and ghost pepper hot sauces, but those rarely get used.
The ones I use frequently are pretty mild with just a tiny kick of good heat.
