They turned out great! I used apple wood in my side smoker for about 4 hours at around 275⁰F. Super moist and smokey
How did they taste? I have been wanting to do turkey legs for such a long time on my smoker.
They were great! Nice and smokey, but not overpowering. I probably should have brined them, but I spaced it, so I just used some Memphis style rub. Smoked them for about 4 hours with apple wood on my side smoker. I pulled them right at 165⁰, they were nice and juicy still.
Hurry and eat them, probably not good to let them sit so long.
