          Maybe you need stronger muscles. I feel my posture only improved in a more sustainable way when I started doing strength exercises. Yoga is great for that purpose, pilates too.

    As someone in their 30s who has herniated a lower back disc twice, posture is crucial. You do not want to deal with spine pain.

    This and other horrible ways is the only way I sit, however I started doing back exercises and it feels SO much better.

    For me its the neck… always stiff and hurts now when getting older. Probably need to exercise!
