HARRISONBURG, Va. — The arrest of a former Virginia prison guard on federal charges related to his alleged receipt and purchase of child sexual abuse material is the result of an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Harrisonburg. Davey Jonathan Sisk, 29, of Culpeper, was apprehended on Feb. 15 and charged with one count of receiving child sexual abuse material. Sisk was previously employed at the Coffeewood Correctional Center in Mitchells.
