OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A Douglas County Sheriff’s deputy has been criminally charged after being accused of “inappropriate conduct” with a 16-year-old.

Deputy Juan Casado Moya, who was working as a school resource officer at Elkhorn High School, has been charged with third-degree sexual assault — a misdemeanor.
