Pramila Patten’s findings are based on interviews with released hostages, whose testimony suggests abuses are continuing in Gaza.

Oh, well that certainly justifies killing thousands of children in return.

Wait, no it doesn’t. At all.

No, but it is important to recognize atrocities and not sweep them under the rug or propagandize denials if they actually happened.

That goes for either side of this conflict.

Civilian suffering isn’t a team sport.

Sure, but even if it was 100% true, it doesn’t justify Israel’s response.

Even if they did a whole lotta rape and kidnapping, that doesn’t permit the systemic destruction and displacement and murder of many thousands more.

If they wanted to maintain any credibility, surgical special ops actions should have been taken to apprehend/kill the perpetrators and rescue what hostages they could.

Then turn around and use the international community to pressure Hamas into changes.

But no, they lost their minds and went full genocide.

Two things can be true. Hamas can be a terrorist organization that murdered innocent civilians AND Israel can be an apartheid state commiting genocide against Palestinians.

      The world sucks.

The Israeli operatives have been out in full swing lately.
Evidence that some rape happened is a lot different from a mass scale rape attack.

I’m getting whiplash over and over.

That’s the point, I know it’s the point, and it’s working anyway.

So the evidence is a few pictures of half naked women on a Rave and batshit insane statements from Zaka which even they said were not verifiable…

Even the NYT article put in more effort than this. Another massive nothing burger.

At least we now 100% know for sure there are no pictures or videos of any rape happening as even the UN said they purely relied on “credible witnesses”… probably

It added that 33 meetings were held with Israeli representatives, and more than 5,000 photographic images were examined as well as 50 hours of video footage.

The report said that “despite concerted efforts to encourage” victims to come forward, the team was unable to interview any of them (victims).

The UN report also described reports of sexual violence against Palestinians in Israeli custody, including “unwanted touching of intimate areas” and “prolonged forced nudity”. The report said that while no instances of rape against Palestinians were reported, conservative cultural norms could have impeded reporting of sexual assault.

So know their “credible sources” (IDF) lied about them not raping Palestians too.

Edit: New breaking points video debunking this report with an important takeaway:
