MISHAWAKA — Among the allegations in two counts of child seduction filed against South Bend Police Officer Rico E. Butler is the claim he had sex with a 17-year-old student inside a classroom of the school where he worked part time and she was a student. Investigators do not specify which school it allegedly happened in, only that it was in Mishawaka.

It appears the school where investigators believe Butler abused the girl was New Vision Christian Academy on North Logan Street in Mishawaka.
