Both lemm.ee and lemmy.world let me login on pc. But the app just says “Error Couldn’t find that username or Emaail.” brand new to lemmy and struggling obv, any help appreciated

Are you entering the instance into the instance field correctly?
Yup. i’ve tried lemm.ee and lemm.world
Check for spaces at the end of the user name. Auto-completion adds one.
