Doom Patrol reimagines some of DC’s most recognized superheroes
Uh… ok. Aside from cyborg, how many people who AREN’T mega comic book readers knew who any of these characters were before the show?
Not me for sure. I read a lot of comics as a kid, but they were 100% marvel. Someone told me I’d enjoy the show, so I gave it a shot and thought it was fun (mostly).
Same - got super into doom patrol through season 2. Season 3 felt a bit sloggish - haven’t even started 4.
I’ve been having a hard time even getting through the released episodes of season 4. The second half of season 3 and season 4 so far have not had the charm of the first couple seasons.
Yeah, not as fun for sure. I’d like to see the end though.
I used to watch the eps quickly, now I have a bunch in the backlog I am not even thinking about.
This is great news! I hope we can see more off them since James Gunn seemes to like what the show did!
