Load Value Injection (LVI) is a cross-domain attack that targets the hidden processor buffers. It was first discovered by a team of researchers from Bitdefender, a cybersecurity company. LVI is a new class of transient-execution attacks exploiting microarchitectural flaws in modern processors to steal sensitive data.
