After 2 years on loan, Patten completes a permanent transfer to Aston Villa, joining up with our dearest Jordan Nobbs.

Unfortunately I can’t say I’m overly surprised, but I always liked her and I hoped she’d work out. She seems like a decent player for sure, but just maybe not quite our level. Hope she does well there
We always expect players to break through from the academy and unfortunately when you’re a club as big as we are it’s a lot harder — and with the sport expanding as it is it’ll be much harder. Personally I’m just hoping Teyah Goldie makes it work out.
