From The 12 Dutch Dog Breeds, article by Nicole Cosgrove on Hepperdotcom.

Closely related to the German Spitz breeds, the Keeshond features a plush double-layered coat of silver and black fur. Sometimes known as the Dutch Barge Dog, they were the symbol of a patriotic group in the Netherlands around the time of the French Revolution. Recognized by the American Kennel Club in 1930, the Keeshond is a very healthy breed that displays keen intelligence but can be difficult to train effectively.

If you’re talking about subscribing to lemmy.world’s keeshond page, I couldn’t figure it out either.

Here’s the stuff from lemmy.world, but damned if I can figure out how to do it on kbin. I have a kbin account too and poked around and came up with nothing.

I’m a samoyed dad myself, but I’ve always loved keeshond - there’s a keeshond at my dog’s daycare and whenever they’re out together, they look like great alternate color fluffy buddies.

We have a stabyhoun! (#10 on that list)

Hopefully Lemmy will grow enough to get a staby community going. We’re a very proud and vocal bunch.

Maybe you can start a community. That’s what a kooikjerhond owner did. I started the dog-a-day to bring more awareness to that specific community. Edit: Kooikerhondje - I never get it right on the first try.
