I recall recently that an airline tried to absolve itself of liability of incorrect answers given to customers by its chatbot on their own site and a judge has ruled that the airline is still responsible for the answers and liable for losses incurred by by customers due to incorrect answers.
I wonder how the scenario plays out when a city fines a business because they withheld employees pay because the city chatbot said they could.
