Case on Monday will be first ever criminal trial of an ex-president as Trump’s lawyers fight to put it off and try to remove its judge
A New York appeals court on Wednesday rejected, for the third straight day, a last-ditch attempt by Donald Trump’s lawyers to delay his hush money trial.
The case is due to be tried on Monday in the first ever criminal trial of a former US president.
Trump’s lawyers argued in a short emergency hearing in Manhattan late on Wednesday afternoon that the trial should be put off indefinitely while they fight to remove the judge presiding in the case, Juan Merchan, and challenge several of his rulings.
Justice Ellen Gesmer’s ruling is another loss for Trump, who has tried repeatedly to get the trial postponed. The decision means the first of Trump’s four criminal trials will start as scheduled with the selection of the jury beginning on 15 April.
It’s worth clicking on that article, If only to get a better look at that ridiculous toupee. It looks like he shaved his Golden Retriever and put the shavings on his head
From what I’ve seen, the consensus is somehow worse: various semi-successful hair preservation procedures over the years have left him with a large bald spot, yes, but also a stringy corona of old man hair that he grows super long and then combs up and over from the back and then glues down with hairspray. The dye job may also be done at home, because he’s also paranoid about someone outside his inner circle messing with his hair.

I don’t know if they purposefully went with a bad picture, but he’s really not looking good. More so than usual.
Wow there are some bad pictures of him but that one is truly near the top.
Good, but I’m not holding my breath.
Haha! “The judge can’t try us, we object to him doing it!”
